DISTRIBUTION BLOCKS
The HDS Valve Blocks operate by means of pistons to provide Grease to the Lubrication points at a fixed volume and sequence. The HDS Valve Blocks are available in the sizes. 6, 8, 10 and 12 outputs, capable of distributing a Lubricant from 40 cSt up to NLGI-2.
The Grease flow is from low to high through the numbered outputs. By fitting a plug in an output, the next output in the sequence will disperse double the quantity of grease. The correct operation of the Valve Blocks can be monitored both visually and electrically.
